Refund Policy
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact our customer service team. If your return is accepted, you’ll need to send the item back to our fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method with signature required. We’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If the product is not faulty and the correct item was delivered, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and may also be charged a restocking fee.

Damaged Items or Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will review the issue and make it right. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and any applicable restocking fees.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made or personalized products, and hygiene-related items (e.g., cosmetics). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact our support team.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
